Note 2: There may be substitution of filler flowers due to availability. We will inform you beforehand, should you disagree, any amount paid will be refunded back accordingly.

Note 3: Please specify date of delivery upon check out. If no indication, we will set the delivery date on our convenience. Delivery is from 10am to 10pm.

Note 4: A re-delivery fee ($15) applies on these conditions

1. Recipient not at home or delivery courier denies entry into premise due to security reasons
2. Recipient did not answer phone call thus can't determine completion of delivery.
3. No option to keep the flowers (such as riser, shoe box, hang on the gate)
